Senior Platform Lead Engineer – Agentic AI & SaaS

RemoteFull-timeEngineering

About the Role

We're looking for seasoned platform engineers who are genuinely senior — not just in years of experience, but in the way they think.

This role sits at the heart of our platform engineering efforts, spanning both frontend and backend, with a strong emphasis on building intelligent, agentic AI-powered systems within a modern SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and build scalable, maintainable platform components across the full stack — from API design and backend services to frontend architecture and component systems
  • Lead technical decision-making on design patterns, system architecture, and cross-cutting concerns (observability, security, performance, resilience)
  • Drive the design and implementation of Agentic AI capabilities — including orchestration layers, tool use, multi-agent workflows, and LLM integration patterns
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to decompose complex problems into clean, pragmatic solutions
  • Establish and champion engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across the platform
  • Mentor and influence peers through code reviews, technical design sessions, and hands-on pairing
  • Proactively identify architectural risks and technical debt, and drive efforts to address them

What We're Looking For

This is non-negotiable:

  • Deep expertise in software design patterns, distributed systems architecture, and system design — you think in abstractions, not just frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving ability — you can cut through complexity and arrive at solutions that are both practical and principled
  • Meaningful experience building and scaling SaaS products — you understand multi-tenancy, scalability, reliability, and the operational realities of cloud-native platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI systems — you've worked with LLM orchestration (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar), tool-use patterns, agent memory, and prompt engineering at a systems level

Technical Skills

Backend

Strong proficiency in one or more of Python, Node.js, etc — with deep understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL), event-driven architectures, and microservices patterns

Frontend

Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or equivalent) with an eye for platform-level thinking — design systems, performance, and scalability

Cloud-native

AWS, GCP, or Azure; containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

Data

Comfortable working across relational, NoSQL, and vector databases in the context of AI/ML workloads

DevOps Engineer – 3–4 Years Experience

RemoteFull-timeEngineering

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer to support the automation, deployment, and operational stability of our application platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in modern DevOps practices, hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, and working knowledge of on-premises infrastructure environments.

This role sits at the heart of our platform engineering efforts, spanning both frontend and backend, with a strong emphasis on building intelligent, agentic AI-powered systems within a modern SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and automated application deployments
  • Support infrastructure operations across cloud platforms (Azure & AWS) as well as on-premises environments
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, ARM templates, or similar tools
  • Monitor system performance, logs, and availability using modern observability solutions
  • Manage release processes and ensure high system uptime and deployment consistency
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve build, test, and deployment workflows
  • Support hybrid infrastructure architecture, including connectivity between on-prem and cloud
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Follow security best practices including identity access management, patching, and vulnerability mitigation

What We're Looking For

This is non-negotiable:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3–4 years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering roles
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
  • Working experience with Azure and AWS core services
  • Practical knowledge of Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration platforms
  • Experience with Linux system administration and networking fundamentals
  • Exposure to on-premises environments such as virtualization platforms, Windows/Linux servers, storage, or network infrastructure
  • Experience with Infrastructure Automation tools such as Terraform or scripting (Bash / Python / PowerShell)

Technical Skills

Hybrid Cloud

Experience working in hybrid cloud environments with VPN, private networking, and site-to-site connectivity architecture

Monitoring & Observability

Exposure to monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)

Reliability

Understanding of high availability and disaster recovery design concepts

Certifications

Cloud or DevOps related certifications (preferred)
